About the role
We are a Telesales company based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila seeking a skilled, reliable, and trustworthy Motorcycle Dispatch Courier / Messenger to join our team.
This is a full-time position that will see you playing a crucial role in our logistics and delivery operations.
What you'll be doing- Collecting and delivering documents and packages from/to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate tracking and delivery records
- Adhering to all traffic rules and safety regulations
- Assisting with other general logistics duties as required
- Past experience as a motorcycle dispatch Courier / Messenger is advantageous
- A valid motorcycle license and safe driving record
- Strong knowledge of the local area and traffic conditions
- Reliable and trustworthy, able to deliver / collect documents within schedule
- Physical fitness and the ability to deliver/collect multiple documents within the day
What we offer
This role comes with a competitive salary, incentive opportunities, motorcycle courier insurance and mandatory Government contributions (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)- Fixed Pay (Guaranteed)
- Base salary: ₱16,000/month
- Maintenance allowance: ₱1,000/month
- Fuel support: ₱3,000/month (fuel card) - Variable subject to Fuel Cost (60 Litres per Month)
- Total guaranteed: ₱20,000/month
- Variable Incentive
- ₱50 per delivery/job AFTER first 150 jobs/month
Realistic earning scenarios:
- ~208 jobs → ~₱22,900 total
- ~260 jobs → ~₱25,500 total
- ~300–390 jobs → ~₱27,500–₱32,000 total
