Motorcycle Rider

• Prepare, file, and track business permit, license, and renewal applications.
• Coordinate with government offices (LGU, BIR, DTI/SEC, Barangay, etc.) for submissions and follow-ups.
• Monitor license validity and renewal deadlines to ensure timely compliance.
• Maintain and update licensing records, trackers, and digital files.
• Collect, verify, and organize required documents from clients and internal teams.
• Stay informed on regulatory and policy changes affecting business licenses.
• Assist in drafting reports, status updates, and compliance summaries.
• Handle payment processing, official receipts, and filing of proof of payment.
• Perform fieldwork such as document submission, permit pick-up, and follow-ups.
• Respond to client inquiries related to licensing status and requirements.
• Perform other licensing-related duties, errands, or administrative tasks as assigned from

time to time.

• At least a High School graduate; vocational, associate, or college level in Business,

• Preferably with prior experience in licensing, compliance, documentation, or administrative

• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements and government agencies such as LGUs,

• Complies with company policies, Code of Conduct, and applicable Philippine labor laws and

regulations.
