The Sales Field Agent is responsible for driving the sales by proactively engaging with potential customers in the field. This role requires an individual to effectively identify sales opportunities, present product features and benefits, and close sales deals to meet and exceed assigned targets.The agent will act as a brand ambassador, building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless sales process from lead generation to post-sale support.
Compensation & Benefits:Meal Allowance: ₱100/day
Transportation Allowance: ₱200/day
Daily Incentive: Additional ₱300 (upon first sale of the day)
Extra bonuses for exceeding 10 installations per month
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development: Actively sell broadband services to residential and business clients through direct selling, prospecting, and participation in promotional events.
Customer Engagement: Clearly and persuasively explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of products to potential customers. Address all inquiries and concerns to build trust and confidence in the brand.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) to earn performance-based incentives and bonuses.
Customer Relationship Management: Provide professional and reliable support throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to the final installation, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed on product updates, competitor offerings, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and accurately advise customers.
