Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Explain product features, prices, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Conduct product demonstrations when necessary.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems or manual receipts.
• Maintain and update product displays and promotional materials.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Keep records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
• Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A degree or certification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Good personal grooming and presentation.
• Basic math and computer literacy for processing sales.
• Ability to work in a team, handle pressure, and multitask.
• Honest, trustworthy, and customer focused.
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, or holidays depending on store or client needs.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and carry light merchandise.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not always required.
