RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AIDE
Job Description:
- Assist in preparing raw materials and conducting product formulation or sample trials based on R&D protocols.
Support sensory tests, shelf-life evaluations, and documentation of trial results.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab equipment, utensils, and workstations according to GMP and food safety standards.
Monitor and track inventory of raw materials, packaging, and lab supplies.
Coordinate with R&D Specialists or Technologists for administrative tasks such as sample labeling, test set-up, and filing reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related science course; fresh graduates welcome.
Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory safety protocols.
Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn lab procedures.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively with the R&D team.
Comfortable performing repetitive lab tasks and maintaining cleanliness in a laboratory setting.
