Talent Acquisition and Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing and application review through to interviews and final candidate selection
• Handle administrative responsibilities including scheduling, maintaining employee records, and managing internal communications
• Provide administrative support to senior leadership by coordinating projects, preparing reports, and organizing team activities
• Assist with employee onboarding and HR tasks to ensure smooth and efficient internal operations
• Communicate with clients on active hiring processes, providing timely and professional updates throughout
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business operations, contributing to employee relations and team development initiatives
• Grow into a leadership capacity over time, helping to manage and support team members as the company continues to expand

Qualifications:

• Proven recruitment experience — required
• Active remote work experience — required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage professionally across internal teams and with external candidates
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with confidence
• Proficient with administrative tools including Google Sheets and Canva
• A quick learner who adapts readily and effectively to a fast-moving environment
