Job Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and reviews the work activities of all Foremen and Team Leaders.
- Understands the production plan and ensures it is effectively implemented.
- Promotes positive employee relations by providing coaching and development, and resolves employee issues through effective problem-solving.
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) systematically and supports continuous improvement initiatives based on the findings.
- Graduate of any Engineering course.
