Qualifications:

Male or Female
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven working experience within a metal fabrication manufacturing facility.
Demonstrated background in leading, coaching, and managing production line teams.
Ability to make clear, analytical, and timely decisions under high-pressure situations.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight production deadlines.
Comprehensive understanding of metal fabrication processes, machinery operations, and quality control workflows.
Strong team-building skills with a track record of driving operational efficiency and driving team accountability.
Sharp critical thinking skills to quickly troubleshoot floor issues, minimize downtime, and implement corrective actions.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities to bridge staff and upper management.
