Sr Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing financial performance, operational efficiency, organizational leadership, and client relationships across multiple programs and lines of business. This role involves managing large teams, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
• With at least 3 years in a senior managerial in the BPO.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple business lines
• Preferably experienced in customer service operations
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
