OTC Transformation Director (Night Shift)

Oversee end-to-end transformation initiatives for deductions management, from diagnostic through rollout and benefits realization

Provide expert insight on deductions processes, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and delivery teams
Build and implement improvement roadmaps aimed at lowering deduction volumes, strengthening cash flow, and streamlining workflows
Partner with client leadership to align on priorities, ensure transparency, and communicate progress effectively
Promote the integration of advanced tools such as automation, analytics, and AI into core processes
Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement lasting solutions to improve process stability
Guide and develop teams across functions while embedding a culture of continuous improvement
Contribute to business development activities, including solution design, proposals, and client presentations

15+ years in the BPO industry with a focus on transformation and deductions operations
10+ years of experience in Finance, specifically Order to Cash or Accounts Receivable
Demonstrated success delivering complex, large-scale transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience leading geographically distributed teams in matrix organizations
Solid analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
Background in deploying automation, AI, oranalytics solutions inO2C environments is a plus
Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is desirable
