Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. In this role, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system
- Escalate unresolved or complex concerns to the appropriate teams
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Participate in paid training covering systems, processes, and customer service best practices
Qualifications:
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
