Job description:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components. Key responsibilities involve reading blueprints, diagnosing electrical problems with specialized tools, ensuring safety compliance with building codes, and collaborating with other professionals on construction and maintenance projects.

Electricians use hand and power tools, adhere to safety regulations, and must possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Installation: Installing electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, motors, and lighting in buildings and other structures.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Performing routine maintenance and upgrades on electrical components and systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent outages.
Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing electrical malfunctions and faults using various testing devices and hand tools.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations to prevent hazards.
Blueprint Reading: Interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints to understand the layout and requirements of electrical systems before installation or repair.
Inspection: Inspecting electrical components, equipment, and wiring to identify defects or potential hazards.
Documentation: Keeping records of work performed, materials used, and any issues found during inspections or repairs.
Collaboration: Working with architects, engineers, construction teams, and clients to coordinate electrical work and provide professional advice.

Qualifications/Requirements

With relevant experiences as an electrician
Must have valid and updated TESDA National Certificate (NCII)
Knowledgeable in electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Preferably without visible tattoos
Willing to render overtime
Physically fit
