Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and dependable Short-Form Video Editor to produce engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This is a part-time position that involves editing videos to match an established visual style, designing compelling YouTube thumbnails, and consistently delivering a high volume of polished short-form content each month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts on an ongoing basis
• Create YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and improve viewer engagement
• Match and maintain the company's established editing style consistently across all content
• Produce 30 to 40 polished short-form videos per month on a reliable schedule
• Repurpose and adapt content for effective distribution across multiple platforms
• Communicate clearly regarding deadlines, production progress, and any blockers
• Stay current on short-form video trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrated experience editing short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable video editing tools
• Experience designing YouTube thumbnails with a confident and polished visual sensibility
• Ability to replicate an established editing style consistently across high-volume content output
• Capable of meeting fast turnarounds without compromising on quality
• Self-directed, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Clear communicator who is receptive and responsive to feedback

Preferred Skills:

• Background in editing content for education, consulting, or professional services
• Experience repurposing long-form video into concise and engaging short-form clips
• Comfortable managing and publishing content across multiple social media platforms
• Up to date with current trends and best practices across short-form video platforms
• Able to offer creative ideas and suggestions that go beyond the assigned edits
• Experience working within a defined brand style guide or editorial brief
