Job description of Field Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by managing and expanding assigned territory
- Conduct regular field visits to LCC stores, hardware stores, dealers, and project accounts
- Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Ensure timely collection, order fulfillment, and after-sales support
- Submit accurate sales reports and activity updates
