Danao Coco Palms Resort Inc. is looking for an ADMIN OFFICER.
Job Description- Perform monitoring and recording expenditures.
- Develop and maintain a filing system (this includes billings from suppliers and service providers)
- Disburse, count, and collect money on behalf of the office
- Monitors accountable form and office supplies
- Revolving fund custodian
- Process important documents at Danao City Hall, such as Business Permit renewals and others
- Maintain constant communication between senior managers on issues concerning resort
- Manage and disseminate information within the organization about operations.
- Assist the HRD.
- Performs other duties as maybe assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
A graduate of any business-related courses, preferably with an accounting background.Willing to be trained and had a strong & pleasing personality.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office like Excel. Word, etc.
Amenable to work between 8 AM to 5 PM
