E-commerce Supervisor
Homemaker Furniture Store Mandaue Full-time
Join a growing furniture brand expanding aggressively across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Supervisor to lead our online sales operations and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in e-commerce, online selling, or marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
- Strong understanding of online sales, promotions, and platform tools
- Experience leading or mentoring a team is an advantage
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive monthly online sales targets across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Supervise daily e-commerce operations including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment
- Lead and manage a team handling customer inquiries, chats, and order processing
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, platform promotions, and product launches
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all platforms
