HR SUPERVISOR

HR Supervisor Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring process for skilled laborers, engineers, project managers, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and trade schools to source qualified workers.
• Ensure proper onboarding and orientation of new employees, including safety training.

• Develop and implement training programs focused on workplace safety, compliance, and skill enhancement.
• Organize refresher courses on labor laws, site safety protocols, and operational efficiency.

• Address grievances and resolve workplace conflicts in compliance with labor laws.
• Ensure adherence to construction site policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action when necessary.

• Track employee attendance, work hours, and overtime to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain records of project-based contracts, daily wages, and benefits for site workers.

• Work closely with site managers to enforce occupational health and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and conduct safety audits when needed.

• Maintain HR documentation, including contracts, certifications, and compliance records.
• Assist in labor law compliance, union negotiations, and contractor agreements.

HR Supervisor Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar (preferably a master's degree).
• Proven Supervisory Role for 5 years and up.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong moral and ethical code.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
• Excellent administrative skills.
