UI/UX Designer Analyst
JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience which makes the role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology, and will be designing various graphic user interface elements (e.g. menus, tabs, forms, and widgets).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs intuitive experiences across responsive web platforms, delivering easy to follow wireframes, workflows and prototypes
- Collaborates with design, product and engineering teams to understand users, translates understanding into design artifacts that shape thinking and guide development
- Conducts regular design reviews to obtain feedback, reiterating on the designs to improve results
- Plans and implements new designs; optimizes existing user interface designs
- Combines creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Creates prototypes for new product ideas
- Tests new ideas before implementing
- Conducts ongoing user research to test for intuitiveness of product and overall user experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any design or technology related course
- With at least 1 year related experience
- Have experience and knowledge in e-commerce
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of the fundamentals in UX and UI Design
- Up to date with the latest trends in UI and UX Design
- Knowledge in Front-end and Product Development (No coding skills needed)
- Ability to visualize project and business requirements and translate them into wireframes and prototypes
Soft Skills:
- Proactive with capacity to balance multiple projects at once
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn new things
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships across the organization
- Ability to discuss and explain design options

Work Arrangement:
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring two (2) days onsite at our Aseana City, Parañaque office and allowing three (3) days work from home each week
