Job Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web-based products. The role involves translating business requirements into effective design solutions while ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Design user interfaces and experiences for web and digital products
- Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders
- Improve usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms
- Contribute to design strategy, discussions, and feature development
- Ensure smooth developer handoff and implementation feasibility
- Maintain design systems, reusable components, and standards
- Review implemented designs and provide feedback
- Support iteration, experimentation, and optimization initiatives
- Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Maintain organized design documentation and workflows
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for web/digital products
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction, and visual design
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Confluence, Jira, Miro, PowerPoint
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
- Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with developer handoff and design validation
- UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
