Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person or virtual product demonstrations and meetings to establish value and address customer challenges.
- Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals and secure long-term accounts.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with clients to drive repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to align with management goals.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent active listening, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively connect with diverse clients.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to confidently pitch solutions, overcome client objections, and negotiate profitable terms.
- Self-Motivation: High resilience and drive to thrive in a competitive, performance-driven environment and meet ambitious targets.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
