SALES ASSOCIATE / AGENT
Duties and Responsibilities
SALESMANSHIP- Identify potential customers and follow up on leads to create sales.
- Meet a daily target sales percentage in each barangay or exceed the assigned sales target.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and communicate client needs for continuous improvement.
- Report sales activities, market feedback to the Supervisor or Store Manager.
- Manage your schedule and travel plans to maximize efficiency and coverage of the region.
- Identify and segment potential customers within assigned locations or territories. Prioritize high-potential accounts based on demand, accessibility, and business size.
- Build a consistent visit schedule to maximize coverage and relationship-building.
- College Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- At least 2 years experience as sales associate in the retail industry or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with local areas/routes is an advantage
- Physically fit and willing to travel/roam around assigned areas
- Preferably know how to drive
