Work Location: Robinsons Magnolia, Quezon City

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the store
Lead, coach, and motivate store personnel to achieve sales and operational targets
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards
Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and performance
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety standards
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Prepare daily sales and operational reports
Support the Store Manager in achieving business goals and driving store performance
Qualifications:

College Graduate
At least 3 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the food, restaurant, or retail industry
Pleasing personality and charismatic
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Proficient in supervising daily store operations and team management
Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
