Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee and guide our sales team through the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and passionate mentor who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Manage a team of sales representatives, providing day-to-day coaching, support, and performance feedback
• Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team targets and company growth objectives
• Monitor pipeline activities, track KPIs, and report on sales performance to leadership
• Train and onboard new sales team members to ensure consistent messaging and sales processes
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align strategies and provide market feedback
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline, and documentation accurately
• Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring excellent service and long-term relationship building

Qualifications/Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a sales leadership or team lead role, ideally in a B2B or B2C
• environment
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including outbound prospecting
• and inbound lead conversion
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements
• Passion for team leadership, coaching, and creating a performance-driven culture
