About the Role
We’re looking for customer-focused professionals to join our team as Financial Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll assist customers with their financial accounts, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions (calls, email, or chat depending on account)
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution
- Provide clear and accurate information about financial products and services
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (any account)
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
- HMO and Life insurance on Day 1
