This Cantonese Customer Service Representative position, for Cantonese speakers, presents an exciting opportunity for candidates to take on a role that is heavily oriented towards customer service. The role entails ensuring that customers’ phone calls are responded to in a prompt manner and solutions provided are tailored specifically towards the need.These essential factors are critical in enhancing a customer’s inclination to conduct business with us. Incumbents of this role incrementally add value to both the customer and to our business in every interaction that’s done with exceptional customer care and effective proactive solutions.
The role also involves responsibilities of evaluating and analyzing customer account information and ensuring that accuracy and confidentiality are prioritized in every step of the way.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements- Must be fluent in Cantonese (as applicable) and English
- Must have at least 6 months call center experience
- Amenable to work in fixed graveyard shift schedule
- Must be amenable to work in VXI Panorama
- For foreign nationals - must have eligibility to work in the Philippines
