HR Manager (Urgent Hiring)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
• Manage employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.
• Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
• Administer employee benefits programs and work with external vendors as needed.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• 5-10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
