We are hiring for Customer Service for Telco Account, you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues. This full-time role is based in our Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental office, where you'll be part of a dynamic call centre team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• With 6-12 months customer service experience: 19,000 salary offer
• With 13 months and above customer service: 21,000 salary offer
• EARN AS MUCH AS 45K!

• Efficiently respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
• Identify and escalate any recurring or systemic problems to improve our customer service
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our call centre processes and procedures

What we're looking for:

• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate | preferably with at least 6 months customer service
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Willing to work on-site
