Marketing Operations Manager

Developed by the legal experts behind Geraci LLP, Automate Loan Docs streamlines the creation of customized loan packages across all 50 U.S. states. Their mission is to empower private lending professionals with efficient, reliable, and legally sound tools that simplify processes, reduce risk, and enable scalable growth.
On behalf of Automate, we are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize marketing processes, technologies, and performance analytics. This role is essential for ensuring smooth campaign execution, driving data-informed decision-making, and aligning all marketing efforts with business objectives to maximize efficiency and ROI.This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with the team.

- Process Optimization
- Streamline and improve marketing workflows supporting lead generation and client acquisition for private lenders and mortgage professionals
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency across marketing and sales enablement functions
- Leverage Zapier to automate repetitive tasks and integrate marketing and CRM systems for seamless operations
- Technology Management
- Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of marketing systems and tools such as HubSpot, Clio, Zapier, and other platforms supporting legal and lending workflows
- Ensure accurate, secure, and efficient data flow between marketing, CRM, and documentation systems used in private lending operations
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track key marketing performance metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Analyze trends and produce actionable reports to support strategic decisions for growth in the private lending market
- Campaign Execution
- Coordinate and support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting private lenders, brokers, and real estate finance professionals
- Ensure campaigns are properly aligned with business objectives and compliance considerations within the lending/legal space
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, and legal/documentation teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints
- Support initiatives that connect marketing efforts with loan documentation workflows and client onboarding processes
- Budget Oversight
- Assist in planning and monitoring the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and tools
- Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor marketing team members, fostering accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Support the development of scalable marketing operations aligned with company growth in the private lending industry
- Ad Hoc Tasks
- Take on special projects and operational tasks that support marketing initiatives, system improvements, and business growth objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or marketing analytics
- Proven experience managing marketing and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Clio, and Zapier
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and optimize new systems and workflows
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with a focus on marketing KPIs, lead performance, and ROI
- Excellent project management and process improvement skills
- Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across sales, operations, and technical teams
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on efficiency, optimization, and scalability
- Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
- Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required before onboarding.
Working Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time
Pay: $1200 + $55 Allowance per month
