Upon joining, you will be aligned with one of our specialized sub-position tracks based on your strengths and career goals:

• Track 1: Product Assistant (Product Development & Lifecycle)
• Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Cost & Time Analysis: Conduct time-motion studies and cost-benefit analyses to optimize manufacturing, sourcing, and lead times.
• Quality Assurance & Standards: Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain the highest product quality standards.
• Track 2: Marketing Assistant (Marketing Operations & Analytics)
• Campaign Efficiency: Apply IE methodologies to optimize marketing campaign workflows, resource allocation, and promotional rollouts.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze consumer data, campaign reach, and ROI to maximize marketing spend and conversion rates.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Bridge the gap between creative marketing teams and supply chain realities to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Track 3: Merchandise Assistant (Merchandise Planning & Inventory IE)
• Inventory Optimization: Utilize forecasting models and capacity planning to ensure optimal stock allocation across retail networks.
• Space & Layout Management: Maximize retail shelf space productivity and warehouse storage utilization using data-driven layouts.
• Supply Chain Integration: Monitor merchandise flow, identify supply bottlenecks, and implement lean solutions to reduce holding costs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds or internship experience in retail/FMCG operations are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, or statistical software).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with creative and operational teams.
