Posted on 26 May 2026Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Implement lean manufacturing principles and techniques to eliminate waste and optimise workflows.
Focus on improving the manufacturing process from Laser Marking, Comp Prep, until packaging but not limited to improving other processes outside this scope.
Resolve and improve process where quality concerns arise.
Suggest and implement process improvements thru Kaizen proposal.
Update and verify all TCM in the line.
Update CPS (Comp Prep)' SPI's, OPL's, and TCM's as deemed necessary.
Draft and initiate Work Instructions for process improvements.
Review the PFC, PMP of all models to correlate with CPS, SPI/BOM, and TCM.
Close all audit (IPQC, Customer, System) concerns on time.
Compile the soft copy of all the technical reports, analysis in an organized folder in the data server.
System (MES) control and system update in coordination with other departments both PH and corporate.
Qualifications/Requirements
Preferably Bachelor of Science in Industrial EngineeringMinimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in using industrial engineering tools and techniques, such as process mapping, value stream analysis, and statistical process control
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems
