Job Description:

• l Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• l Promote the company’s brand through email marketing, website, and social media platforms.
• l Conduct market research to understand target audiences, monitor trends, and support product and marketing decisions.
• l Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos) to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• l Design compelling graphics and visuals to enhance content quality and visibility.
• l Plan and manage a content calendar, optimizing posts for different audience segments and peak engagement times.
• l Encourage user-generated content to boost engagement and expand audience reach.
• l Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to ensure strong customer engagement and satisfaction.
• l Build and maintain relationships with followers and influencers to strengthen brand credibility and expand reach.
• l Track and analyze social media performance metrics to inform strategy and improve results.
• l Prepare performance reports with actionable insights to evaluate and refine marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• l Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• l Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including social media platforms and content marketing.
• l Managing and maintaining content assets such as videos, images and documents and optimize these assets for different platforms.
• l Proven experience in analytic platforms.
• l Ability to create and develop social media strategies that align with business target and objectives.
• l Familiarity with social media management tools and trends in digital & social media technology.
• l Proficient in creating engaging and visually appealing content across various formats.
• l Skilled in building and maintaining relationship with online communities managing brand reputation effectively.
