Position Overview: The Head of LuvPark Division oversees the strategic planning, development, and management of all activities within the LuvPark Division. This role involves leadership, operational oversight, and ensuring the division's success aligns with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Daily Tasks: Supervise daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the LuvPark Division.
Address immediate concerns and challenges within the division, providing necessary guidance to team members.Collaborate with team leads to resolve any operational issues that arise during the day-to-day functioning.
Weekly Tasks:
Conduct weekly progress meetings with departmental heads to review ongoing projects, resolve bottlenecks, and set priorities for the upcoming week.
Analyze weekly performance metrics and create reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Monthly Tasks: Develop monthly strategic plans for the division, aligning objectives with the company's long-term goals.
Review and assess the division's performance against monthly targets, adjusting strategies and processes as needed to ensure continued growth and success.Coordinate cross-functional efforts between different departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Semi-Annual Tasks: Conduct performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback and guidance for career development.
Implement mid-year assessments of divisional goals, recalibrating strategies to meet evolving market demands and organizational needs.Develop semi-annual budgets and resource allocation plans in collaboration with the finance department.
Annual Tasks: Develop the division's annual strategic plan, outlining key initiatives, objectives, and performance targets.
Present annual divisional reports to executive leadership, summarizing achievements, challenges, and proposing plans for the upcoming year.Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the division, aligning initiatives with the company's overall vision.

Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- With at least 2–5 years experience in operations management
- Experience in parking operations, retail, logistics, or service industry is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can handle multiple operations and work under pressure
- Knowledgeable in operational planning and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office applications like Powerpoint Presentation, Canva Editing and Google Spreadsheets and Meet
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willing to do field work and work on flexible schedules if needed
