HR SPECIALIST
The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions of our organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic professional who can effectively manage the day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive work culture, and driving initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes and policies.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
- Support employee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Manage employee relations matters, addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and updating policies as needed.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and managing employee benefits.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee well-being.
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to managers and employees, promoting a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
- Oversee HR data management and reporting, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures, ER/IR.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Will handle Visayas and Mindanao branch
