HR SPECIALIST
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Staff.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and oral
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strictly maintains confidentiality
Brief Description of the Role:
The HR Specialist is primarily responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and plays a critical support role in the Human Resources department, executing various HR functions and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. This role includes administrative tasks, employee engagement, and support for employee development through coaching, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
