Business Continuity Management Officer
Role Overview:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's business continuity and disaster recovery plans. This role involves conducting risk assessments, identifying potential threats to the organization, and ensuring that effective strategies are in place to mitigate those risks.
Collaborates with various departments to create and test business continuity plans, conducts training sessions for staff, and leads response efforts during incidents to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Additionally, monitors compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, continuously evaluates and improves the business continuity program and serves as a key point of contact for stakeholders during crises
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain the BCM Framework
- Conduct awareness program BCM Management
- BIA/RA and Internal Recovery Plan (IRP)
- Call Tree Testing
- BCP exercise
- Performs such other functions as may be required by the IT and Operations Risk Management Department Head from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years in handling the BCM and must have a background in Information Technology (IT) and Operations
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication and analytical skill
- Background in IT and Operations, technical writer or business analyst
