Warehouse & logistic manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our growing team at WRN Health Incorporated in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective management of our supply chain.
What you'll be doing- Manage and optimize the warehouse facility, including inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Oversee the logistics function, including transportation, delivery scheduling, and route planning
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse and logistics personnel
- Experience managing teams of 16-30 people is required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align warehouse and logistics activities with the broader business objectives
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Significant experience (2-3 years) in a similar warehouse and logistics management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and logistics operations
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiencies
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel is required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, logistics or a related field would be an advantage
- A bachelor's degree is required for this position
