Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the BPO industry, a proven ability to manage high-volume hiring, and strong leadership skills to build and manage an HR team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hires.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs.
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to identify talent needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives, including performance management, training, and career development.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, company standards, and BPO industry best practices.
- Manage HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track hiring performance and employee trends.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience in the BPO industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition (high-volume hiring preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards.
