HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources within our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR functions, particularly within the BPO sector, and demonstrate a strong ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of agents and support staff.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and implementing engagement initiatives.
Performance Management: Develop and administer performance appraisal systems, set clear expectations, and provide coaching to enhance employee performance.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation packages.
Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies; manage DOLE-related matters and legal compliance.
HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Policy Development & Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: At least 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the BPO industry.
Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and BPO operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Amenable to work onsite in Makati (Dayshift Schedule)
