About the Role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Real Estate Expert to support our Local Transfer Tax (LTT) project. This role is essential for validating payments, maintaining records, and ensuring the accuracy of property-related tax documents.The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate transactions and a strong understanding of tax-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate Local Transfer Tax (LTT) and Real Property Tax (RPT) payments made by vendors.
Update and manage the LTT worksheet to track tax declaration (TD) handovers, LTT and RPT payments, and vendor invoice status.
Ensure vendor invoices are properly verified before processing payments.
Receive and facilitate the handover of Tax Declarations (TDs) from customers.
Organize and maintain LTT, TD, and RPT documentation in an efficient manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of payment processing and tax-related financial workflows.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Background in accounting or property management is highly preferred.
Expertise in real estate transactions and familiarity with tax documentation is essential.
