Qualifications:

At least 2 years End to End Technical Recruiting experience.

Understand Job Requirements, Source Candidates, Conduct basic Interviews, Screen and Shortlist.

Familiarity with ATS

Strong knowledge of Sourcing techniques (Boolean, IT Skill and Role search)

Good experience in C2H, C2C recruitment.

Post job openings online and on social media.

Use networks and databases to find candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Check references and perform background checks.

Good negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to conduct market mapping and head hunting
