Job Description:

Oversee deployment and availability of tank trucks to ensure optimal use of fleet resources.
Plan and schedule deliveries from the depot to various gasoline stations in coordination with retail and operations
Monitor driver performance, compliance with route assignments, and adherence to safety regulations.
Assist in the resolution of delivery-related issues, delays, or breakdowns.
Supervise GPS Operators in monitoring the real-time location, speed, and route compliance of tank trucks.
Review daily GPS reports and identify route deviations, unauthorized stops, or potential safety violations.
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of GPS-related alerts or anomalies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics or fleet operations, preferably in petroleum industry
Strong knowledge of route planning, fleet dispatching, and fuel delivery operations.
Experience in using GPS tracking systems and logistics software.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
