Logistics Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the warehouse and delivery team (4 direct reports in Balintawak)
Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient deliveries using company-owned trucks
Oversee warehouse layout and storage optimization for 12,000+ SKUs
Monitor inventory accuracy and address stock discrepancies
Coordinate with delivery providers, suppliers, and internal teams (sales, procurement, customer service)
Lead the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP for warehouse operations
Establish KPIs and use data to improve warehouse performance
Manage import-related logistics processes
Identify and resolve operational issues (e.g., delays, stockouts) quickly
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA preferredCertifications: CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) is an advantage
Experience:
Strong track record in inventory management, process improvement, and cost control
Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems (preferably implementation experience)
Background in FMCG, retail, agriculture, pharma, or large-scale logistics operations preferred
Experience handling imports is required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
