AVP - Marketing

About the role

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the overall marketing strategy for our company, with a focus on brand management and development.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the Highlands Prime brand and its products/services
• Overseeing the creation and distribution of all marketing collateral, including advertising, social media content, and promotional materials
• Analyzing market trends and consumer behaviours to identify new opportunities for brand growth and expansion
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints
• Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing strategies and techniques within the brand management industry
• Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to drive results and foster a positive team culture

• 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into effective marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
