Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including: Facebook

Create and schedule: Social media posts Promotional content Reels and short-form videos Marketing captions and copywriting Engagement-driven content
Monitor and respond to: Audience inquiries Comments and messages Social media engagement and trends
Branding & Content CreationEnsure all marketing materials align with ELS brand standards Maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms Collaborate with the Multimedia Designer for creative campaigns and visual assets Contribute creative concepts and campaign ideas
Marketing Support
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns Support lead generation initiatives through marketing and social media efforts Create materials and campaigns that support: RBPN activities Open market awareness campaigns Future Key Accounts (KA) initiatives
Analytics & Asset Management
Monitor campaign and social media performance Track engagement, reach, and lead generation metrics Organize and manage marketing assets and content calendars Meet campaign timelines and turnaround requirements Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Multimedia Arts, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Experience handling business or brand social media pages
- Portfolio or sample marketing/social media works is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply
