Who Thrives Here:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Background in clinical practice, safety case intake, medical information, or healthcare operations is an advantage
• With 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medications, and common disease conditions
• Ability to gather, interpret, and summarize clinical information from patients and healthcare providers
• Strong communication skills for conducting structured, empathetic clinical interviews
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting sensitive medical information
• Comfortable following SOPs, confidentiality standards, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Able to work with safety systems/CRMs and perform accurate, timely data entry
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules and adapt to process or regulatory updates
• During training, the role requires full‑time onsite reporting
• Once deployed to production, the role transitions to a hybrid work arrangement, subject to performance and operational requirements
• Hybrid eligibility may be adjusted based on quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance metrics
