About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders in driving people strategies that support organizational growth, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.
This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing guidance across talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and culture initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic HR professional who enjoys working closely with leaders, influencing business decisions, and translating business priorities into practical people solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Provide HR consulting and guidance on organizational and workforce-related matters.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams.
- Support talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and employee growth programs.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational capability and workforce effectiveness.
- Contribute to organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives as needed.
- Advise leaders on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, performance concerns, and workplace issues.
- Support conflict resolution and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Drive performance management processes and support leaders in building high-performing teams.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and support programs that enhance employee experience and retention.
- Analyze HR data, trends, and workforce metrics to support decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on people analytics and organizational trends.
- Support the implementation of key HR initiatives, programs, and process improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that strengthen organizational capability and business performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong experience partnering with business leaders and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, succession planning, or organizational development is highly preferred.
- Experience within multinational, shared services, manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, technology, or large corporate environments is an advantage.
