Accounting Clerk

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing support in daily accounting operations, including handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role ensures proper documentation and timely processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Verify accuracy of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or clerical work (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge in accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
