Plant Manager for Silang Cavite Area

1. Position is to be deployed at Silang Cavite with an On-site Work Schedule of Monday to Saturday.
2. Interviews will be done Face to Face at our office in Mandaluyong City, you must be able to come to our head office for interview. No online interviews for this Managerial Position.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Lead Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality Control, and Plant Administration teams.
• Maintain compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Government Regulations.
• Improve plant productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
• Monitor production planning, inventory, and raw material availability.
• Develop and coach supervisors and production personnel.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of discipline, teamwork, continuous improvement, and workplace safety.

Qualifications

(Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or related field)

✔ At least 8–10 years of manufacturing experience

✔ At least 5 years in a management or senior supervisory role

✔ Experience managing medium to large manufacturing operations

✔ Strong leadership and people management skills

✔ Excellent planning and organizational abilities

✔ Experience with production planning and inventory management

✔ Knowledge of ISO systems is an advantage

✔ Knowledge of DENR, DOLE, BFP, PEZA, and other manufacturing compliance requirements is an advantage

✔ Computer proficient (Microsoft Office)
