Responsible for overseeing all plant and mold manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, high product quality, and compliance with safety standards. This role provides leadership to production teams, manages plant resources, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in mold manufacturing or plastic injection molding.
Strong knowledge of mold manufacturing processes, injection molding operations, production planning, and plant management.
Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of production scheduling, machine capacity planning, equipment utilization, and preventive maintenance.
