Accounting Supervisor

Job Description:
Foodee Global Concepts is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the accounting team, maintaining compliance with government regulations, and supporting management with financial analysis and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget performance
- Ensure compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements
- Assist in tax filing and audit requirements
- Review payroll entries, sales reports, and inventory costing
- Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes
- Train and supervise accounting staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- CPA is an advantage
- At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and financial reporting standards
- Experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
